THE TERROR INSTITUTE: Knowledge Has a Price
The Institute has been abandoned for decades. Every autumn, strange lights return to the windows. Steam rises from tunnels that should have gone cold years ago.
The cafeteria prepares meals for students who never leave. The library records new names in books that were written long ago. The drama department performs the same final production every night…
…for an audience of the dead.
The faculty are still teaching. The students are still learning. The experiments are still continuing. And somewhere within the Institute… THE MASCOT IS STILL HUNTING.
YOUR JOURNEY
Your orientation begins in the forgotten Steam Tunnels, where the Institute’s darkest research was secretly transported beneath the campus. You’ll emerge into the abandoned Courtyard, where desperate students once gathered before the campus was sealed forever.
Inside the Science Laboratory, unfinished experiments continue without their creators. The Drama & Fine Arts Department blurs the line between performance and reality, where every guest becomes part of the final act.
The Library contains forbidden research, cursed archives, and the names of every visitor who never found the exit. The Art Studio is filled with creations that seem far too lifelike… because they are.
The Mechanics Shop still echoes with the sounds of impossible machines built for purposes no one can explain. Finally, you’ll enter the Cafeteria, where the last meal is always served.
Once you enroll at The Terror Institute…Attendance Is Mandatory and No One Graduates.

The actors are amazing and clearly love what they are doing and you get to shoot at some zombies from a double decker trailer fully set up with paintball guns and the selfie stations they have make great for photos after the haunt!! Definitely recommend it if you are in the area or willing to make a trip!

You can tell that many people over many years have put this together perfectly for a great attraction every halloween season. Not only have I worked here and know it’s worth it, but I have gone through it a few times and had fun every time. If you like haunted houses and shooting zombies, this is for you!

This haunt made my friends hide and cowar in a corner 3 peed themselves and another 2 tapped out the haunt is so fun but so scary it felt like we trapped with no exit I would 1000% recommend if you come to bring a extra pair of pants and friends and I won't recommend any one under the age of 12 and the zombie paintball shoot was a blast make sure you aim for the head and watch the paintball exploded

This place sure can make you scream! All the attractions and actors are really scary, and you can sometimes forget that they're people! The zombie shoot was fun, but I couldn't stop myself from screaming once we got in the maze!
