Nightmare on 9™ Haunted House is back and crazier than ever, you will be admitted to the Vogel Institute. A place that creates, takes and manufactures screams. This indoor haunted attraction has a brand-new twisted story that is ready to create nightmares just for you.
Nightmare on 9™ Haunted House was created by Thomas Family Farm in 2012 and instantly became a sensation in the Pacific Northwest complementing our Zombie Paintball ride. Test your fear here at Nightmare on 9.
HAUNTED TOWN
Step into the shadows of Nightmare on 9™'s newest attraction established in 2024- Haunted Town. Our second full-scale haunt that will push your fears to the limit. In the heart of the Snohomish valley lies the lost and forsaken town of Rippers Hollow. Once a bustling coal mining community; the town is now a charred and twisted shell of its former glory -- a cursed enclave so named after the doomed and desperate miners who dared to venture too deep, unearthing a sinister evil that consumed the town and all who lived in it.

Zombie Paintball is back and better than ever!
After 12 years this thrilling interactive attraction is still going strong. We have added new improved zombies that will make this Fall activity something you won’t forget. Be ready for a wild ride where you get to shoot and dodge zombies!

These guys really out did them selves this year both the haunted house and the haunted town are amazing. Both have a great story line and all the actors are amazing. The details in the props and the jump scares keep you on your toes. I especially liked the haunted town the detail and the way things were put together really makes you feel as if you have traveled back in time . The actors banter back and forth with the guests and each other making the experience even more fun and personal. It's definitely worth checking out

We go to ALOT of haunts around the area, and one of the best-kept secrets IMO is the haunted town, "Rippers Hollow" at Thomas Family Farms. Zombie Paintball and the Haunted House (Voorhees Institute) are both great and worth the $, but the real show-stopper is Rippers... AND THERE IS NEVER A LINE. You can wait OFTEN 1-2 hrs to get into the haunted house, and yet walk right up to Rippers and get in. It's at least 3x the size of the Georgetown Morgue, and a super-cool and unique scare. The different buildings and ruins, the storyline, the characters -- everything is designed to scare, entertain ...and scare again. We can drive from Seattle, visit Rippers, have a beer at the beer garden, and be home, in less time than we'd be waiting line at Georgetown on a given Saturday night. Best bet around.

Absolutely LOVED the haunts at nightmare on 9 this year!!!!! Super friendly and helpful staff, tons of parking, and extremely well timed jump scares! Amazing job, they really pull out all the stops here. Really cool scenes room to room as you walk through, with actors putting on their A game as you scream, and or banter along with them. Just took my 14 year old for his first haunted house experience and he loved it! He slowly moved from the front to the middle of our group, which in my book is A+ for this attraction. I’ve never seen him run so fast as he did towards the end he got so scared! Absolutely the BEST time had by all. Highly recommend going to nightmare on 9 at Thomas family farm in snohomish with your friends and family, you’ll have a great time! 👻💀🤡👹🎃👏👏👏

Nightmare on 9 is the greatest haunt ever !!! The zombies, the ghouls, the monsters, the bloody scenes and all your favorite horror characters are all there. Don't miss it !!!
