Light flashing when broken

I entered into room 18 and it was completely dark in the light of the room on the ceiling was dead. It was dead the night off and it was dead the morning off. I prepped myself for bed and was doing physical therapy, in a pretty focused state, and I open my eyes briefly to see the light on and then shut off immediately as I open my eyes. From the moment I got in the room I kind of felt something was unusual. It’s hard to explain. When the light flashed I didn’t feel scared or anything it just reaffirmed what I was feeling when I enter the room that indeed there is some sort of maybe spiritual presence. And I think this guaranteed it. I prayed and I went to sleep and slept really well. Whatever it was it wasn’t threatening.
